Our story
Founders Holly Brailsford and Jake Bayer created Brancher because they realised that individuals were struggling to find ideal mentors, and mentoring programs often failed to have appropriate support, evidence based training and matching solutions.
Holly and Jake realised that their unique skills (psychology & software engineering) could be combined to resolve this problem by leveraging technology to create an evidence based mentoring program.
The result? The future of mentoring.
