Three mentor matching options

Brancher is the only mentoring software that uses AI to optimise matches based on personality and values. You can choose from the following three ways to match mentors and mentors:

• Admin-Driven: Administrators match participants based on algorithm results.
• User-Driven: Participants are empowered to select a mentor based on algorithm generated recommendations.
• Hybrid: Users are given a set period to self-select, after which the administrator steps in to complete outstanding matches.
