Brancher is priced per participant, and the cost per participant falls as a program grows. There are two plans and two optional add-ons, and every program includes the support of a mentoring expert.

Core

Core suits a single program run by one team, where the coordinator wants to use technology to reduce the admin burden and improve reporting. Core is our self-service package, so the coordinator sets up the software and monitors it to track engagement and results. It gives you the full platform: enrolment, evidence-based matching on personality and values, mentor training, mentee support, meeting scheduling, tools and templates, goal tracking, surveys, email communications and the live admin dashboard.

Enterprise suits coordinators that want to outsource the program management and set-up, that want to run multiple programs in parallel, or that have advanced procurement, security, SSO and reporting requirements. It adds configuration, integration and a dedicated proactive customer success manager that is a mentoring expert and organisational psychologist.

What changes the price

Four things move it: the number of participants, which plan you are on, whether you add our AI Add On Package, and whether you sign up for a multi-year contract.

Implementation is included, and plans are annual, with quarterly or monthly payment plans available.

The return on investment guarantee

Every Brancher program carries a written guarantee. If the program does not reach >90% match satisfaction, we keep working with you at no further cost until it does.
