Our story

Founders Holly Brailsford, an organisational psychologist, and Jake Bayer, a software engineer joined forces to solve a problem. Individuals were struggling to find mentors and organisations couldn’t access the appropriate support, training and matching solutions to deliver successful mentoring programs.

The solution was to develop a powerful, yet easy-to-use mentoring software platform, based on leading science-backed organisational psychology and the latest in technology such as AI.
