Brancher is priced per participant, and the cost per participant falls as a program grows. There are two plans and two optional add-ons, and every program includes the support of a mentoring expert.

Professional

Professional suits a single program run by one team, where the coordinator wants to launch without a project. It gives you the full platform: enrolment, science-based matching on personality and values, participant training, goal tracking, scheduling and the live admin dashboard.

Enterprise

Enterprise suits organisations running several programs, or one program that has to satisfy procurement, security and reporting requirements. It adds configuration, integration and a named contact who is an organisational psychologist rather than an account manager.

What changes the price

Three things move it: the number of participants, whether you run one program or several, and whether you add the Strengths & Values Analyzer or the Ava AI coach. Implementation is included, or priced separately, whichever is correct, and the contract runs for the standard contract length offered.

Guaranteed return on investment

Every Brancher program carries a written guarantee. If the program does not reach the agreed outcome, we keep working with you at no further cost until it does.

The outcome is agreed before the program starts and measured from the participant survey or platform report the guarantee is settled against. The full terms are set out in the agreement, and we will send them before you commit.
