That's what Manufacturing Skills Queensland (MSQ) set out to do. In partnership with Brancher, MSQ delivered the Women in Trades Mentoring Program across two years and five cohorts, pairing female apprentices and early-career tradeswomen with experienced mentors, backed by values-based matching, structured training and a live workshop series.
